When will I get my order? I can hardly wait!
Our products are hand crafted and made to order just for you- beauty takes time. If you purchased a personalized order, we will send you a proof of the artwork within 2 business days. Once approved, we start creating your item!
- Metal Wall Art: Production time is 4-10 business days depending on the season. Depending on your location, shipping time is quoted by the carrier at 2-10 business days.
- Clothing:
I'm impatient - do you offer faster shipping options?
We offer express shipping for clothing in the USA only.
On average, express shipping is about 3 business days to get delivered, but it can vary a bit per region. You automatically get a free upgrade to express shipping when you order over $99 in clothing!
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our products being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.
Why are the items in my order being shipped separately?
Since we utilize different manufacturers to bring you the best quality, items may ship from different locations.
My product was damaged! I was so excited and now so bummed.
That stinks! Transit mishaps happen and if you receive a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, please let us know within 72 hours and we will replace it right away! Please email us at info@FidoAndFlicka.com with photos of the damage.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.
But because of the finicky nature of metal art, we do not ship metal art overseas and only ship to the continental USA at this time.
Fido & Flicka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
