Refund policy

All of these special items are custom made and handcrafted with love just for you. If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our products being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.

When you place your order, we want to make sure that you get a quality product every time.

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of your item, we ask you to take the following steps:

Step One: Email us with a description of the issue at info@fidoandflicka.com

Step Two: Attach any photos of the issue so that we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.

Step Three: Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Please allow up to 48 hours of processing replacement/refund requests. Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in the products.
