Shipping policy

 You've placed your order! You are smiling, your heart is doing a happy dance, and we can feel the joy radiating from your pets all the way from here! Now we get to work on creating your special order! 

 If you placed a custom order, we will send you a proof within 2-3 business days for your approval. Please make sure it's everything your heart had hoped for! Once we get your thumbs up, we move on to creating your order.

 All of our items are made to order and typical creation times for different products is 3 to 8 business days. We do our best to get everything created as fast as possible, but during peak seasons it can take up to 12 days. Beauty takes time.

 Once your beautiful order is finished and it's Fido & Flicka approved, it will ship it out and you will receive a tracking number to track it's exciting journey to it's new furever home. Please allow 24-48 hours for the status of this tracking number to update.

As we utilize multiple vendors to deliver the highest quality products at the lowest cost your order may arrive in separate parcels.

 PO Boxes
We partner with different mail carriers and not all of them like PO Boxes (can't we all just get along?) For this reason, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 International & Continental USA
At this time we ship mainly to the USA. If you are n another country, please reach out and we will see what we can do!
