Pauline was very easy to work with and sent me a proof of what the sign would look like first, which was awesome. The sign looks beautiful on my horse's stall. Thank you!
We are 100% satisfied with the metal portrait of our dog…it looks exactly like her and she captured the sweetness of our pup. Will definitely order more from her!

I don’t even know where to begin! Pauline’s customer service was outstanding and was so quick to respond to any questions I had. She also provided a few sample pictures of different metal colors I was debating on. This was a birthday gift for my friend and she cried when she opened it. Absolutely stunning work and materials. I’d 100% recommend this shop on the customer service alone and would purchase again! Thank you, Pauline!

The stall sign for my Irish Sport Horse is literally perfect!! The ability to have a custom design made using a CelticHeart symbol that I have on my horse’s trunk and other items made it better than any other offering I saw on-line! I would highly recommend others look at Fido & Flicka for their sign needs!
I can't begin to say enough about Pauline, her company & the way she did whatever she could to help this grieving mother get through the process of chosing how I wanted his photo to turn out in the end. My son died 08-19-25, so his one year anniversary is coming up soon. I found Pauline many months back. Through my many tears, anger, & the extreme long nights of missing my best friend, my youngest child Pauline has become a friend whom I will cherish forever. Thank you for everything. I wish i could rate you a 100, 5 stars is to low of a rating for this lady. Pauline has never done a project with just a human as the subject. I asked her to please think about it and she didn't wait long in responding. She took my request on, sent me a preview and here we are now with the most beautiful portrait of my son I will forever cherish.
Worked out fine, thanks.
Love my stall name plate. I had so many compliments on it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m absolutely delighted with this piece. Pauline created a beautiful custom design of my two dogs, and their expressions are captured perfectly. The communication was great and she paid attention to every detail. The quality of the metal work and the bronze finish are fantastic. It looks stunning in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Joyce Netherlands
