The ability to have a custom design made using a CelticHeart symbol that I have on my horse’s trunk and other items made it better than any other offering I saw on-line! I can't begin to say enough about Pauline, her company & the way she did whatever she could to help this grieving mother get through the process of chosing how I wanted his photo to turn out in the end. My son died 08-19-25, so his one year anniversary is coming up soon. I found Pauline many months back. Through my many tears, anger, & the extreme long nights of missing my best friend, my youngest child Pauline has become a friend whom I will cherish forever. Thank you for everything.
