How We Work
Every Fido & Flicka design begins as a hand-drawn creation — thoughtfully crafted to capture the unique spirit of the animals we love. All of our designs are exclusive and made to order, ensuring that each piece is truly one of a kind.
We never mass produce. Every metal art piece is cut and powder-coated to order, and each wood stall sign is individually crafted, layered, and finished by hand. This approach minimizes waste and ensures that every product is made with care, intention, and respect for both the craft and the customer.
From the first sketch to the final finish, every step reflects our dedication to artistry, quality, and the deep connection between people and their beloved animals.
Step One
We are immediately alerted that your order is placed! We do a happy dance and then get to work on the design if it's personalized.
Step Two
We send you a watermarked proof of the artwork for your approval, and hope that it is all that your heart had desired.
Step Three
Once we have your artwork approval, we get to work on creating your custom item! Yay!
Step Four
When it's finished, we ship it out and you will receive a tracking number to keep tabs on it's exciting journey to you!

Hi there! I’m Pauline — a horse nut, Doberman lover, and the lead artist behind Fido & Flicka. Animals have always been at the heart of my world, and creating art that celebrates them is what makes me happiest.
I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil (horses were my first muses!), and that passion led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. Now, I combine my love for art and animals to create designs that honor the incredible bond we share with our pets.
Fido & Flicka is devoted to celebrating the spirit of dogs and horses. Each design begins as a hand-drawn creation, brought to life through trusted production partners who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
