Our current production time is 3–6 business days. This allows each piece to be cut, engraved, hand-finished, and given enough time to fully dry and cure before shipping.
If you’d like to see an art proof before production, your turnaround time will begin after you approve the proof. This ensures your stall name plate is created exactly the way you envision it.
We ship through UPS and USPS, and most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days once they leave our studio. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays, but most customers receive their stall name plates quickly and reliably.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can track it's journey home to you.
Our wood stall name plates are best suited for indoor or covered barn areas. They are sealed for protection, but constant exposure to rain, direct sunlight, or heavy moisture can shorten their lifespan over time. If you’d like to use your name plate outdoors, we recommend placing it in a sheltered location, such as a covered porch, breezeway, or stall front with an overhang.

All of our wood stall name plates are designed to be simple and flexible to install. Each sign includes a flush-mount setup with wood screws and a placement guide for quick, accurate installation on your stall or wall.
Some designs also come with a rope hanging option, which requires no tools at all—just hang it and go. This is especially great for portable setups, such as horse shows, temporary stalls, or boarding barns where you want something easy to take on and off.
Because our wood signs are lightweight (under 1 lb), you can also use regular-strength 3M mounting tape or Velcro strips if drilling isn’t allowed in your barn.
To keep your custom stall sign looking its best, simply dust it with a soft cloth (like microfiber). For detailed or layered areas, you can use a small air sprayer, canned air, or a soft brush to gently remove dust.
If needed, lightly dampen a soft cloth with water and wipe the surface, then dry it immediately with a clean towel. Avoid soaking or exposing the sign to excessive moisture.
Each sign is sealed with a protective finish, but if you ever notice the surface looking dull over time, you can refresh it with a light coat of clear, non-yellowing polyurethane.
